Our resources unique services and creative skills in the catering business will give you complete assurance that our commitments will be carried out on schedule and fullfilled. In order to guarantee you and your guest an efficient event, please adhere to the following:
Any cancellations of orders made between 48-72 hours of delivery will be billed if there are any costs incurred as a result of your cancellation. Orders cancelled between 24-48 hours will be invoiced half of the total order charge to cover prep and food cost. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or on delivery day (same day cancellations) will be charged the full order amount.
(Any exceptions to this policy will be noted on your order confirmation form.)
Please call your sales catering coordinator to make any arrangements for your cancellation(s).
PAYMENT TERMS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American & Checks. We reserve the right to assess a 2% fee for any late payments. For all parties, a deposit of 50% of the estimated order costs will be required upon order confirmation. For corporate accounts, our payment term are net 10 days only. For private parties, the remaining balance will need to be settled on or before day of delivery.
LOSS, DAMAGE, OR THEFT TO CATERING ITEMS
Any loss, damage, or theft to items while in the possession of the client will be the responsibility of the client. Replacement cost may incur. Customers will be notified if there are any discrepancies related to this policy before any charge are added to final invoice.
ECO-FRIENDLY PAPER PRODUCTS
We use eco-friendly paper products and charge $0.45 per person and includes plastic plates and utensils, and other basic supplies for food service. If china and flatware is desired, these is an extra cost.
